How it’s made

  1. 01

    Press the cube

Dough is cold-pressed into a steel mould so all six faces bake flat and even.

  2. 02

    Drop the core

A frozen ganache cube goes dead centre, then gets sealed under a second dough layer.

  3. 03

    Bake hot, pull early

Nine minutes at 210 °C. The shell sets, the core never gets the chance to.

  4. 04

    Box warm

Packed in an insulated sleeve so the centre is still running when it reaches you.
